Pro is bought from inside the app, not from this website — so the licence lands on the computer you are actually using.

    Pick your platform on the download page — Windows installer or macOS DMG. Around 2 MB, installed in seconds.

    Try Pro on your own files

    Every install starts with 100 full-featured opens — Mermaid, math, both editors, on your own documents. When they run out the app asks; choosing "Maybe Later" keeps everything working.

  3. 03

    Pay inside the app

    Open any Markdown file, press Buy Pro in the bottom bar, then Pay with Card. The card page is hosted by Creem, our payment provider — your card details never reach mdview.

  4. 04

    Unlocked on the spot

    That computer unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed — no key to copy, no second launch. Reinstalling the app or moving to a new computer uses the activation code in your order email.

The fine print, in plain words

  • ·Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is handled at checkout by our payment provider.
  • ·Pro is a one-time payment per computer: no subscription, nothing auto-renews, and Pro updates are included for the life of the app. A price change would only ever apply to future purchases.

Pricing questions

Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time buyout: you pay $9.99 once and that computer keeps Pro. There is no renewal date, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel — we cannot bill you again because there is no subscription to bill.
What happens when the 100 free opens run out?
Nothing breaks. The Pro features ask for payment, and "Maybe Later" keeps them working — the app never hard-locks you out of your own documents, and everything in Community stays free regardless.
I have more than one computer — do I pay twice?
A Pro licence covers the computer it was unlocked on, and the same activation code re-activates it after a reinstall or when you move to a new machine. If you use several computers, each one needs its own unlock — write to mdview@ml-smarttech.com and we will sort out your situation.
Do I need an account to buy Pro?
No account, ever. The checkout page asks for an email address only so your receipt — and the activation code inside it — has somewhere to go.
How can I pay?
By card, on a checkout page hosted by Creem. mdview itself never sees or stores your card details — the payment happens entirely on the provider's page, and the app only learns that the payment succeeded.
Who am I buying from?
Your licence is sold by Shanghai Mingliang Zhiqi Technology Co., Ltd. (上海铭梁智启科技有限公司), a company registered in the People's Republic of China, which develops and publishes mdview. That company is the seller of record and the party you contract with; Creem only processes the card payment on its behalf. The Terms of Service name it as the contracting party.
I paid but Pro did not unlock — what now?
Email mdview@ml-smarttech.com with your order reference. We will either activate the licence for you by hand or refund the payment — your choice. The Refund Policy has the details.
