If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method — no questions asked, no conditions, no exceptions. The 14-day window starts on the day your payment is completed. Pro is a one-time buyout rather than a subscription, so there is never anything to cancel later.
02Try Before You Buy
You never have to pay on faith. 03How to Request a Refund
One email is all it takes. Write to mdview@ml-smarttech.com within 14 days of your purchase and:
- ·include your order reference, or simply write from the email address you paid with — either is enough for us to find your order;
- ·we refund the full amount to your original payment method, through the payment provider that processed your order;
- ·the money usually reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You do not need to give a reason. And if something went wrong on our side — a double charge, a payment that never unlocked — the same address gets it fixed, refund or repair, whichever you prefer.
04Reversed Payments
If a payment is reversed after Pro was unlocked — a refund issued under this policy, or a chargeback filed with your bank — we deactivate the unlock that payment bought, on the computer it was bound to. If you think a charge is wrong, write to us before disputing it: it is usually faster, and it keeps your licence in good standing.
05Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights that the law does not allow us to waive. If the consumer-protection law that applies to you grants you rights beyond this 14-day guarantee — for example a statutory right of withdrawal — those rights come first and remain fully intact.
06Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, this page will be updated with a revised effective date, and the new version applies to purchases made after that date.
